The ACT! everyday guide states "You will only rarely schedule activities with yourself (the My Record)." In my organization we have many people that may not directly schedule activities for customers but merely for themselves to do internally. Is this still the correct process to record individual activities? Using the Schedule Activities and "My Record" selection?
