Just upgraded to ACT! Premium version 21.1. I am using Office 365. When I click on "Create ACT! Contact" in Outlook, it wants to create a new contact using my name and not the name of the person who sent me the email. Outlook is my default email in ACT! and it's been linked to the ACT! database. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks your for your responses.
