Create division from contact? APFW 2013

I already have all the info for the division in a contact record - so can I add or convert this contact record to make it a division of a company?

 

Please don't link me to a KB article - i don't know why, but I cannot access them (even after logging in).

This is in ACT! V16.1 PFW:

 

Create the Company from the contact record. Go to the Company Detail View, select the Company, then click on the Menu Item Company and select Move Company. You can now move the company to a division of another Company or a division to company status.

Actually I just found out that it's only OLD kb article links I was having trouble with, so if you have a good link on how to do this, please share!!

One more step than I would have liked, but much better than doing everything from scratch.

Just a side point, the old links on the community forum generally won't work as they were linked to the knowledge base when Sage owned it. act! is now owned by swiftpage and there is a different URL for the KB.
