I have Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 220.127.116.11, Hotfix 1 (french version) and I would like to create a remote DB and sync automaticaly with the server.
I found this documentation :
But I don't have this button : "and then click Synchronization Panel. The Synchronization - Select a Synchronization Task"
Is anyone can help me?

I only read English but does your login have Admin rights?
Because Tools | Synchronize Database | Synchronization Panel looks to be Greyed out.
Is your ACT! running as the main database (or is it already a Remote DB)
Did you install from ACT! installer the Network Sync or Internet Sync?
There are lots of articles on how to configure Network Sync using LogmeinFree/ Logmein's Hamachi Free but this year they are no longer free to setup a VPN. Hamachi is $29 a year, and Logmein Remote PC control for 3 PC's about $100. Other option is to setup your router to offer VPN. If you don't know how to do any of this Hire ACC there is a lot to know. Internet Sync is another option but you have to setup IIE service ect..
