Our Domain controller server failed earlier this week. The ACT dabase was installed on our application server. After reloading the DC and rejoining desktops to the new domain the Desktops were able to use ACT without issue. The issue were having is with the laptops that use remote DB. we added a laptop to the new domain and tried to sync with a existing remote DB, this failed. So I was going to try and create a new Remote DB but the create new remote DB is greyed out. Not sure what to do.
