We are using Act! Premium 220.127.116.11 on Windows 10.
Some of us are experiencing 'jumping' issues. Whilst creating an activity from within a contact, Act! jumps to another contact & adds the activity to them.
Any ideas please?

Do you happen to access the database via the web or desktop client?
I would also like to know when this issue occurs does it happen with all contacts or a select few?

Do you happen to know how you sort your contact from the List view? by default this would be set to 'Company'
When you view your contacts in List view a single field name should have '▼ or ▲' arrow next to it. If you do not see this can you click the 'Company' field header so that you can see the arrow then attempt to replicate the issue.

We don't have any '▼ or ▲' arrows showing. We all sort differently - eg mine is by postcode, another may be by customer number, another by something else.
It is an issue that happens randomly so would be really lucky to replicate it on demand.
