With Act! Premium Version 20.1.120.0, Update 7 and Outlook for Office 365 MSO 16.0.10827_20138) 64-bit on a stand-alone Windows 10 Pro computer, the "Create Act! Activity" Add-on in Outlook is working - it does not pop-up a Schedule Activity window. This was not an issue before Act! Update 7 installation.

Usually when a function stops working in Outlook, the initial action support would have you take is a reinstallation of the Act! software. Have you reinstalled this version fresh from a new download?

A re-installation of Act! did not resolve the issue - still no Create Act! Activity Outlook 2016 Add-on option.

I found a closed defect on this issue that is corrected in the upcoming version of Act! v21. I'm unsure if this fix will be applied to previous versions of Act! at this time. I have sent a request for more information.

Create Act! Activity Outlook 2016 Add-on is not fix and continues to be a defect in Act! Premium Version 21.0.295.0, Update 1 English (United States).
