Hi, hope someone can help.
When I export my contacts, all the phone numbers are exported with a country code.This means a number displayed in Act as 01234 123456 is exported as +44 01234 123456. When I import these contacts into Outlook and then sync with my phone, none of the numbers work in my phone.
How can I export my contacts without the country code?

The phone numbers in ACT! are actually stored in the standard format of Country Code and (Area) Number. There is a setting in ACT! Preferences to not display the CC. Windows also has a setting for CC and Area (Control Panel, Phone and Modem options). Your phone will also have phone number settings.
All the Phone No data is exported from ACT!, so you would need to edit the data before importing to Outlook, to maintain the correct format for your phone.
A better option is to use Companionlink to sync ACT! to Outlook, as it has settings for formating phone numbers during the sync, so that they appear correctly in Outlook and then your phone.
