If your web server is using Windows Server 2008, then try disabling User Account Control then rebooting the server. This worked for another customer earlier today. Instructions to disable UAC are in this KB article:
http://kb.Sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/Sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2566...

Please reply back as to whether or not this resolves the issue for you, so we can share this in a KB article.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Hello Juan,
When exactly does this error occur? Does it happen on more than one machine? What browser are you using to access the web client?

Ready, resolved, that we solve by lowering the security level of the User Account Control
