Looking for the best way to communicate with my assistant. Scenario: I have a client conversation which includes action. I place a note in the client's Act file. How do I communicate the action instructions to my assistant? Currnently I am recording a note and then a ToDo scheduled for my assistant. The problem is she is not always seeing the Act alarm as it only seems to appear on the task bar which is not always visable. I used to email actions to my assistant which worked great but I am trying to reduce the amount of input.
