Copy/Paste - Permissions

[ Edited ]

The Executive has "BROWSE" rights as to help avoid him from accidentally making changes to the database. However, this disables his ability to copy/paste or click an email link. Will changing him to "Restricted" or "Standard" allow him to copy/paste or click without being able to edit or delete data? If he is now able to make changes will his changes be overwritten by the admins synch?

Re: Copy/Paste - Permissions

ANy changes he does make will NOT be overridden by someone with a higher role. So if he gets careless and changes a phone number, it is permenant.

Sometimes copy and past are a little tricky in ACT, try right click and copy adn right click and paste instead of CTR+X or CTR+Y
