I am part of the beta program for ACT!11 for financial professionals and am getting an error when I try to load in my ACT!10 database. The error reads as:
database could not be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection & Verify that you database server is available. It maybe necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server.
I removed all firewall and still can't get this transferred. THanks for your help.
