We are using ACT! Premium for Workgroups 2007 and also AP for Web. Is there any way of stopping users with "browsing" access viewing items on (or hiding the tabs completely) the Notes/History/ActivitiesTabs? I know that entries on these Tabs can be made "Private" but if I do that then only the record manager can see them.
Essentially what we are trying to do is to allow some remote users (with only browsing access) view a subset of contacts in our database. We can control which contacts they can view using team access and similarly which fields are viewable but I can't see a way to stop them seeing the items on the tab.

At this time, you cannot limit access to tabs.
