We are using Act 2012 Premium and it is set to sync with Outlook Exchange (emails and calendars only). I have a user where invites are being sent out to random prospects that have been included on an Activity Series. When I open the calendar invite from the Sent folder in his Outlook account, the subject shows "Reset Activity Series". His Activity Series definitely does not have the Invite Box checked and the invites do not show up in the Contact's history. Anybody else run into this issue? Would love any suggestions as these invites are quite embarrassing for the user. Thanks so much!!
