Hi everyone and thanks for the help in advance for your help!
We operating a Call Centre environment which passes leads onto the Sales Team.
What we have done is created a custom drop down menu with 3 values (Initial Contact, Presentation, Active Client).
What we would like to do is once the Contact has been made an Active Client (by selecting the appropriate value in the drop down field) for the Call Centre (Team) users not to be able to edit that contact anymore.
I would love to hear back from anyone that knows of an addon or a way for us to make this work.

This is not a standard function... I'm not sure if this add-on can change the Limited Access settings, but maybe ask them:
If not, you'd need a custom add-on. If important enough, let me know
