I'm having trouble with a client that is on ACT 2008 Premium. I have rebuilt the client's remote database and I've got a default sync set configured on the server, which I assume syncs ALL contact info including phone numbers? The only thing that is not syncing when creating a new user is any of the phone number fields, work, cell, etc. Any ideas?
All services seem to be up and running fine on the server including sync. We are syncing both across the internet as well as across the LAN where applicable. Desktops have a direct connection to the database instead of using sync.
