We have ACT Premium 2010 and apparently there is over 700 business contacts that we paid to have added to the program, but everytime someone tries to click on the Contact or Groups or Add New Contact tab they are thrown off the website all together.. Is there any resolution?!

to be sure your data is there, please check on the server. They you will know if the problem is a data problem or a problem with aCT for Web or your browssers.
from the sound of your error, I believe that your may be using incompatable browsers. Browser compatibility is very important with aCT for web and newer browsers are only supporeted with newer versions of ACT.
The client side browsers that ACT 2010 is compatible with are
- Internet Explorer 6.0
- Internet Explorer 7.017
- Internet Explorer 8.0
- Macintosh® Safari® 3.0
