Good morning all,
I have a client running ACT 2010 Hot fix.1 and is having troubles with 1 contact opportunity showing up in Reports, Particularly the Opportunities by Product report.
Now what I've done to troubleshoot is:
-double checked the dates of opportunities and reports.
-Uploaded new default template, ran the report.
-tried different templates
-tried duplicating the contact and running the report ( The duplicated contact would then dissapear and yes I disabled duplicate checking)
-tried manually re-entering contacts data, and attaching the opportunity to the new contact then ran the report (no avail)
Is it possible for both a contact and an opportunity to be corrupted? or am I missing something really obvious to try
