We have Act Premium for the web 220.127.116.11. The problem we are having is when we are viewing the contact list and when we select contact list and tag mode and then go to select contacts and select lookup. the system just does not respond or anything. Is this a problem.

I see that you have build 13.1, I believe you have Hotfix 3 applied. An issue was found in Hotfix 3 that fits this description which is resolved with the Hotfix 4 update. Here is a link to an article with more information to see if it applies: KB Article 27730
