How do I configure ACT! so that the Connections window is not displayed when ACT! is open. This window offers various options such as Sage Business Info Services, Sage E-Marketing, Act Act Connect, Google Integration, and Outlook Synchronization.
I did look under Preferences, but could not find an option under Startup.

Thank you for your help, but the Startup tab does not have a startup view option other than contacts, contact list, welcome, dashboard. I have it set to Contacts. There is no mention of the connections option to de-checked. Please advise.

Thanks, again! I'm not seeing that window anywhere else...just when I open up ACT!, It appears over the Contacts view.
The last time I installed ACT!, I didn't have this issue.

I apologize for the delay....
When ACT! opens, the Connections button on the left-hand portion of the screen is depressed. This choice is under Welcome and precedes Contacts, Groups, Companies, etc.
We're running Premium Web 2012 Version 22.214.171.124.
The first time I installed this product, I don't remember having this problem or even seeing the Connections option.

Thank you for your quick response. I actually had to call tech support who dechecked an option under setup regarding opening each view in a different window which apparently corrected the issue.
