Connect ACT to virtual softphone

Does anyone know a way in which I can connect my soft phone (Ring Central) to ACT.

My thoughts are, I would be able to simply click a contacts number and the softphone would begin to call the number

Hi jakesp82,

We currently support integration with RingCentral for Text Messaging.

There is also a plan for us to integrate telephony with RingCentral for calling.

The universal dialler plugin from here https://www.exponenciel.com/actaddons.aspx?Ver=22  is the only one we have found. It works with any softphone provided windows knows its a softphone. We use Xelion and it works fine with that.
