Confidential items under "History"

Our management team needs to file e-mails and other documents as confidential, meaning that they are accessible only to members of the management team. Marking them as "private" will not work, I fear.

Can anyone help on how this can be done?

 

There is a similiar post from 2009 (http://community.act.com/t5/Sage-ACT-Premium/Email-Security-Flaw-in-Act-2009/m-p/45707/highlight/tru...) when there was no solution to the problem. I wonder whether this has been resolved by now.

There is no option to make History Items "Limited Access"

 

I can actually think of a way to do this in an add-on ... but wouldn't be cheap to develop
