Comprehensive Report

Hi, I have a doubt in report generation in ACT v11.0 premium for web. We bought 10 user licenses, so 9 managers and one administrator user created in this. My management wants to get the comprehensive reports of all managers activities from administrator login. How do I do?

Hello Raj,

 

Have you tried running the activities report?  You can access the report by going to Reports > Activities

Hello David,

Yes, I can run active reports from their individual record manager’s login.  it show all their individual activities.  

 

How do I get /run  a consolidate activity report (with all our record mangers activity) from ACT administrator login?
