CompanioLink and Act for Web 2010

Is there away to use the CompanionLink product with Act for Web 2010?

Teh setup asks for the Premium Client to be installed weh you run through the setup. I did not know if you could manually configure to work with the Web version.

Companionlink needs to be on the same physical machine as the ACT program. You can not use Companionlink on a machine that does not have ACT installed using only ACT for Web.  Companionlink is a client based solution, not a server based solution.

Handheld Contact, being a server based solution would work in this situation.  www.handheldcontact.com

Hello MacMike,

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. To answer your question, the ACT! full application needs to be locally installed along with CompanionLink in order to integrate.

CompanionLink has a product called Doublelook Enterprise that can do it wirelessly... but, like john, I'd recommend going with Handheld Contact for the best experience
