Running latest version of ACT Premium with SP1.
Users are experiencing a problem that hwne they clear a task it is not showing in History.
New to ACT - apologies in advance if this is known issue. Couldn't find it in the forum.

I would double check that the history filters have not been set to exclude dates or types of histories. The filter section is on the bar that separates the histories from the top Contact view.
