Is it possible to clear previously searched items form the Lookup window?
I am testing this in Act! Premium Version 188.8.131.52, Hot Fix 2, I've tried clearing Act! preferences and resetting all preferences from Actdiag. but they still seem to be there.
I can put new values in the search and old values they will drop off but was curious if there is a way to clear them?

Hi Damon, there is no obvious way to remove the list, but I believe this list is held in a local preference, resetting these should do the trick but it is probably quite an extreme thing to do to empty the list!

Thanks for the response, I removed the entire ACT Data folder from C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ACT Data but it didn't make a difference. I suspect this information that is stored in the database. I think I'll just accept that you can't clear this.

That's classed as a Most Recently Used (MRU) list and those are often in the registry.
