Changing my Title in my record. Why will it not keep my change?

When I first setup ACT, I setup my title as Founder, Broker Agent. I recently became incorporated. I changed my title to President & CEO.  Even when I change it in my client copy and my server, it keeps reverting back to the original title. Why is that?  How do I get it to stick?  It might be that after my other agents sync, perhaps their syncs change it back?  That should happen though.

Depending on your version it could be that you need to apply an update. I would go to the Server database and change it there and then see if this filters out to the remotes otherwise you should be looking to make sure your syncs are working correctly.

 

What versions are you using and what updates have been applied.

Version:  ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 11.1.183.0, Hotfix 4

 

I changed it at both the server and my client. It didn't help. Have tried multiple times. I have not yet tried to change it at the other two clients though.
