I hope you can help me again.
For some reasons we have had to change the IP address of our Main database, after this change, remote databases are unable to sync.
I can create new ones and they are able to sync but not the older ones.
I would like to do it to not lost the data that was not sync before the IP change.
The server where is the main database has the same name but pointing to othe IP address.
I am using ACT Premium for Web 2013.

If you go to Tools -> Synchronization Panel on the remote users database then click on the manage database connection, you will be able to update the IP address of the server, if you have used the IP instead of the machine name.
