I am having difficulty in changing the Record Manager in the database of contacts. All of the contacts in the database have the same Record Manger "Edward Yoon" and I want to change the Record Managers name to Bonnie Smets. I have tried to use the Help to resolve the problem with no success.

Bonnie Smets would need to be defined as a user in the database and have a My record.

I am not an experianced user of ACT, I am learnig to help my wife Bonnie. Can you explain in detail how I set up Bonnie as a user and MY account? And then how to change Bonnie to be the Record Manager in place of Edward Yoon.

I would suggest that you make use of the extensive help that the ACT! program provides, it will provide the answers that you want.

Well, one thing that is kind of important: How many users do you have in your ACT! database and how many license #s do you have?
The list of users is in Manage Users from the Tools menu. It will also show how many overall licenses you have, how many are in use and what user(s) are active in the database...
