Act! Premium Version 21.0.295.0, Update 3
This was NOT happening in v20
Client enters opportunity and needs to change record manager to another user. Changes record manager and Act! hangs. Have to close via Task Manager. Reopen Act!
Opportunity is there and record manager is changed.
Tested entering new contacts, new opportunities without changing record manager. Works. Changing record manager on contacts works. Appears to be only on opportunity records

This also happens using the v21 demo database with patch 4 that came out today. So it looks like Swiftpage will have to relaese another patch as soon as possible to fix the issue.

We are also seeing this issue when changing record manager for an opp. When you end task on act and reopen it has made the change though. We are on update 4 for V21 as well.

Just had a deeper look at this issue and is not the same as before and more serious. It has stopped one client who has just paid a large amount of money from adding new opportunities and allocating them from the sales office making the whole reason they use ACT useless.
We need a very timely fix to this issue please and a warning sent out to anyone considering updating to ACT V21 until it is fixed.

It would have been nice for someone from Swiftpage to have commented on this post and letting people know that they know about the issue!!
