I ried to restore my backup but it prints a serious of errors in the log file, sayin gsomehting about NULL.
I want to make sure that my backup is valid and that I can move my data base to my new computer but now I'm very concerned.
I cannot "restore as" because of this problem too.
What can I do?

If you install ACT! 2013 on your original machine, will it do the schema update for you? We've seen this work before when a Restore won't work.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact db repair from a Certified Consulting Company or from swiftpage.
