I'm trying to do a remove and reinstall of Act Premium 2012 on the server (as advised by support)
- Act uninstalled fine
- Network sync service uninstalled fine
- Rebooted server,
- Tried to install network sync service but it comes up as if the program is already installed (only gives option to repair or remove)
- Whichever I choose I get Error 1605: This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
- Tried the manual remove detailed in article 19807
- Still the same
Any handy hints greatly appreciated

Hello Ben,Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Usually if you get this installer error, it means there are some registry keys that have not been deleted. In your Windows registry, look for and delete the following keys (in red), depending on your operating system:
