Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab'

I have a user that every 2 weeks gets the message:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab' withunique index 'si_xdes_id'... error 2601" When Attempting to Backup, Repair, Creating Remote, Or Synchronize a Sage ACT! Database

I already did all that says the Answer ID 28141...  but don't definitely worked.

What I can do to definitely be corrected?

Thank you very much for your help...

Re: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab'

We are having this issue weekly. ACT 2012 Premium with one remote user. Like clockwork, every Monday he gets the 'duplicate row' error and I have to run the SQL Backup Fix batch file to fix the problem.

What's the permanent fix???

Re: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab'

If you apply SP1 to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (through Windows Updates or the Microsoft website), then run the batch file one more time to clear out any existing problems, you should no longer receive the error.  This is a known SQL Server 2008 R2 issue.

Thanks,

Amy
