I have a client running ACT Premium 2007, 6 or so PC's and server...
They have been all running find for months now, but today I get an error on one computer only that says 'Cannot find database supplemental files folder' yet on the computer I can browse the network to the folder and I have checked and double checked permissions and all appears fine.. I have uninstalled firewall and av on the pc but with no luck.. yet every other PC in the place can access ACT no probs..

Copy the PAD file locally. Then open the PAD file in notepad. Replace the computer name with the IP address of the server.
You can get the IP address by doing the following on the server.
- Go to Start and click Run.
- Type in cmd and click Ok.
- Type ipconfig and press enter.
