I am working from an IT persepective attempting to help a business user. They are using ACT! Premium 2011 220.127.116.11 Hotfix 1 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. Through Outlook 2010, he is unable to manually attach received e-mails into ACT! from two people, where both people have email addresses that end in ".mil". (email@example.com). This works and has always worked fine for all other contacts he is able to attach them just fine, and if he sends the e-mail to a .mil address, he is also able to attach. Only incoming emails from .mil addresses will not attach. Has anybody else ran into this issue?

I cam across your issue from March. I seem to have hit exactly the same issue today - with the same configuration: We run Outlook 2010 and ACT Premium 2013 and a can't attach an email from a .mil address using the Outlook 'Attach to contact' add-in - the relevant contact is greyed out. Did you find a solution, or have the problem verified?
