I'm using Act! Premium and Outlook 2007 and am having issues with attaching emails to ACT! contacts. I have performed the operation to attach to a certain contact, but when I look at my contact's history, the e-mail event does not show up. Could someone offer any advice or ideas what the issue may be? Appreciate any help here.

I have had that problem too. Here is the article that I used to troubleshoot. My history queue was backed up, but there are several possible causes. I hope this helps.
