1. While in the Contact Detail view, click on the Groups/Companies tab.
2. The Groups and Subgroups drop down is NOT accessible. Therefore, I cannot access Companies and Divisions.
I am able to get this in:
ACT!2011 Premium 220.127.116.11 HF3 and ACT!2010 Premium 18.104.22.168 HF5 in all databases on different computers.
I do not have this issue in:
ACT!2011 Premium 13.0.401 HF2 and ACT!2010 Premium 22.214.171.124 HF2 in all databases on different computers.
This issue appears to be tied to the Hot Fix. I called ACT! Tech Support and they cannot reproduce the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
