I am using ACT Premium for Real Estate 2009; I have applied the Hotfix 11.1 to both computers. Both have Outlook 2007. Both are on Vista. I open the ACT software on both by right-clicking the icon and selecting Run As Administrator.
When clicking on an email address in ACT on 1 computer, it immediately opens up a New Message in Outlook; on the other computer, it just freezes up ACT for about 60 seconds and does nothing.
I would appreciate any insight!

On the machine with the issue, is Outlook closed or open at the time? If its closed, trying opening Outlook first and then clicking on the email address.
