Cannot Access Outlook Sync settings after upgrading to ACT V120.1.120.0 Upgrade 6

I am running Office 365 standalone database not connected to the cloud.

After upgrading to  ACT V120.1.120.0 Upgrade 6 I can no longer access to Sync to Outlook setting in ACT.

All syncing has stopped and I cannot use the manual quick attach buttons.

Try clearing your preference file (http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14770 ) and then running through the email system setup, it may be that something has been configured incorrectly.

I tried resetting the Preference folder using both methods as well as reinstalling act and still not success.

Can try a quick repair to Office

Click the Start button > Control Panel.
From Category view, under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
Click the Office Program and then click Change uptop

Select Quick Repair and run

Reboot pc and hopefully that helps
