I've had to reinstall ACT! Premium Web 2012 Version 22.214.171.124. During the installation and configuration, all tests were passed successful. Have restored a database, but cannot Accept Incoming Synch to stay enabled. When I go to Help About ACT! and click Database Information, I get an error "Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'TBL_SYNCDB_AK2'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.TBL_SYNCDB'. The statement has been terminated". Please send me suggestions regarding resolution. Thank you!

Maybe you have two contacts with the same user name
Before any procedure I recommend making a backup.
Check the following link and check if it can be the case and the solution.

Thank you for your post. I did check for duplicate contacts and the two user names for the database are not similar at all. Please let me know if you have other thoughts.

Also, I noticed that the article you forwarded the link to references 'ak1' and the error I'm seeing is referencing 'ak2.' Any idea what the the ak2 references in the table?
