Hi,
I'm an external IT consultant and we would like to install ACT Premium 2012 Lan version and Web version (External via VPN) on a Primary domain controller, which runs Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard edition Service Pack 1 64-bit. It also runs exchange server 2010. Can we encounter any problems? are their known problem issues or compatibility problems? We would like to be prepared before we install the software.
Thank u for your replay.

Its a bad idea as Exchange also uses IIS 64 bit app pools, and ACT! requires 32 bit only. It breaks Exchange Autodiscover, web access, EMC, Powershell, and just about everything else Exchange does.
You also shouldn't put Exchange on a DC, and it elivated the Exchange user permissions to Global domain admin.
Bad practice all the way around.
