Can't update Act 2009 (11.0)

Hi,

 

I am using ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 11.1.183.0, Hotfix 1 for my the machines in my company. Recently I installed the Act which is the version ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 11.0.0.367 and when on to try to update it via the prompt to the Version 11.1.183.0 but nothing happens.

 

It used to work fine with the downloads for the updates but now, it can't be done. Am not sure if Act! Sage has remove the file from the link but I've tried download some hotfixes via the internet but it's not compatible.

 

Can anyone please help me by giving me the correct link to download the fix and guide me through the steps.

I would check directly in our download center:

I believe the one you want can be found at this address:

 

http://download.act.com/actpartners/downloads/ACTWEB2009/updates/APFW1110USUpdate.exe

 

Try those links and see if it will allow you to upgrade.

Hi Billy,

 

Thanks for the advice. I tried all of the updates and hotfixes but none work. However ACT1110PremCAUpdate & ACT1110PremUSUpdate look like the correct files but it's not compatible with my version. It say it's not compatible with my region of Act!. I am using the Asia/Australia version. 

 

Is the a separate file for that?

Solved the issue. I found the file at http://download.act.com/support/downloads/AP-Product-Downloads.html.

APAC users, please note the link. I downloaded and ran this file ACT1110PremAUUpdate and all works well now.
