I am getting an error message every time I try to Sync my remote database. Any ideas....I spend more time trying to figure out ACT errors than actually using ACT to grow my business.

This sounds like a permissions problems on the server... My suggestion is... Contact the support team by phone... and allow them to take remote control of the server to receive synchronization without problems...

You can get this message if the user is made Inactive on the server.
