Can't sync after updating to 10.0.3.182

Hi I just updated to 10.0.3.182 and I am not able to sync. I get the following error:

 

Can not load file or assembly act.data, version 10.2.191.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken='ebfXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the path specified"

 

Has anyone had this error? or know how to possibly fix it?

Did you also upgrade your Network Sync Service to 10.0.3 aswell? This needs to be updated seperately from the application.

Did you also upgrade your Network Sync Service to 10.0.3 aswell? This needs to be updated seperately from the application.
