New ACT user, just installed ACT! 2012 Premium, setup a DB, added users, installed on client computer. Everytime it's launched on the client computer, it shows the 'If you need help, contact your administrator" message. When you click OK, it exits ACT.
What did I do wrong?

Need the rest of the error to be any help. If it says the database is locked, open ACT diag, (start, run, actdiag) go to the database menu and then find your database. If it says locked , you can right click on the database and unlock. This should make the error go away in most cases.
If that's not it, give more details on teh error.

Thanks for the reply. What I posted was the entire error message, very unhelpful. Turns out, I must have done something wrong with the silent install. I did a manual install and now it works.
