Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 6
Shared database on Server 2008R2 SP1, SQL 2008 SP1 CU1
When I try to import data from a CSV or tab-delimited txt file, the entire wizard seems to run perfectly. I have three columns I am not importing, but every other field matches and the preview of data shows all 83 records. However, when the import completes, I just get the following message in the import log: "Sage ACT! did not encounter any errors merging records." but zero recdords are imported into the database.
I have tried this with and without duplicate checking enabled - same result.
The data records do have First and Last name fields instead of Contact if that matters.
Are there any additional logging (or debug logging) that would let me know what the issue may be?
Any ideas what may cause this behavior?

It's most likely a duplicate checking setting.

Wasn't the Duplicate checking but must be something related to the install.
It failed completely on Act 2012 running locally on the server (2008R2) so I went to a user's workstation (WIn7 SP1) and was able to import from there.
