I am trying to set up the ACT for Web mail merge functioanlity for our web users and in the setup screen where it asks for the SMTP server, I put in what I am told is the name of our exchange server, but the "test account settings" returns the message "SMTP server was not found". Perhaps I am not using the proper format for defining the server? Perhaps there is something that needs to be setup on our ACT for Web server? Can someone who has this working in their environment (ACT for Web 2010, Outlook v 2003) give me some details on how you have set yours up so I can follow a similar approach to see if it will work for us?
