Can't Log onto ACT!

  • Act! Premium (Web) Version: 2.146.0 – Cloud Version
  • Local Machine – 1 User
  • Windows 10
  • Google Chrome

I cant log onto ACT! via Google Chrome, FireFox or IE.  Is it down?

Do you happen to get an error message when trying to login?

We are also presently aware of issue with our Hosted7 and Hosted8 servers this will cause webpage to not load.

Please let me know if your website is hosted on one of these servers.

I'm also unable to log into Act this morning on our hosted8 account. This is the error provided by running diagnostics in IE:

I have sent you a PM. We are presently aware of the issues with the servers hosting: Hosted7 and Hosted8.

Issues with Hosted7 and Hosted8 should now be resolved. if you continue to have problems please let us know.
