Can't Log On

  • Act! Premium (Web) Version: 2.146.0 – Cloud Version
  • Local Machine – 1 User
  • Windows 10
  • Internet Explorer 11

Is ACT! down?  I can not log on to ACT! from Chrome, IE or FireFox.  When will it be back up?

What happens when you try to login?
Any error messages, blank screens, spinning wheels...?

There has not been any reported issues with the Premium Cloud platform.

 

If you would like to PM me the Website you are using I will be able to look further into this for you.

It was down yesterday for about 5 hours on all 3 browsers but came back up.  Thanks!
