Can't Export DB

I am trying to export my DB as .CSV and it is failing. I do not get any error message and once I complete the 6 steps, the window just closes and the file is never created.  Any solution? I am using ACT18 premium for windows

How are you doing the export?

Just to make sure we're on the same page - are you going File > Export > Running through the wizard from there (choosing Text Delimited as the type and saving the file as .csv).

Which version of windows are you using?

Make sure you have full access to the folder your saving the file to (I'd recommend saving it to your desktop)

I had something similar happen recently.  I ran Repair from Actdiag and it fixed the issue.

changing the destination folder worked. I guess the default ACT folder is restricted.
